Austin Vitality Counseling bills Medicare and some Medicare Advantage Plans for our psychotherapy services. Most clients will not incur a charge other than a normal copay or services will be completely covered by Medicare and supplemental insurance policies. Please contact us to see if your services will be covered. If you do not have Medicare or we are not contracted with your Medicare Advantage Plan, our rate for a 55-minute session is $150. We request that any cancellations are done at least 24-hours before your scheduled session. If not, you may be charged a $100 fee.
We utilize a portal via our Electronic Health System to complete consent forms, demographic and insurance information.
